Shipping & returns

Your order does not exist until you place it. Printing takes three to seven business days before the parcel is handed to a carrier.

Orders placed on a weekend start production the following Monday.

United States: 3–5 business days after production. Canada and the UK: 6–10. Australia, Ireland and New Zealand: 10–15.

Tracking is emailed automatically when the parcel leaves the printer. Customs duties on international orders are the recipient's responsibility.

These are heavyweight garments cut true to size, not slim. If you are between sizes and want room, take the larger one.

Measurements below are in inches, laid flat. Chest is measured across the garment one inch below the armhole and doubled; length runs from the high point of the shoulder to the hem. Caps and beanies are one size with an adjustable or ribbed fit.

Unworn, unwashed items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for an exchange or a refund of the item price. Return shipping is yours unless the item was faulty.

Because every piece is made for one person, we cannot resell returns, so please check the measurements before ordering.

Send a photo to support@echoesapparel.com within 30 days and we will reprint it at no cost. You keep the first one.

If tracking has not moved for ten days, write to us and we will open a claim with the carrier and reprint if it is confirmed lost.
